Description

GCP Vycor® Sill Pan Corners (Pair)

Ultimate Leak Protection for Windows and Doors

Stop water damage before it starts. The Vycor® Sill Pan Corners are high-performance, pre-shaped flashing components designed to eliminate the most difficult part of window installation: the corners. These heavy-duty, molded corners fit perfectly into the rough opening, ensuring that even if water gets past your window frame, it is safely funneled back to the exterior.

Why You Need Them

Zero Guesswork: No more "origami" with flexible flashing tape. These pre-molded pieces provide a seamless fit every time.

Maximum Protection: Specifically engineered to prevent rot, mold, and structural damage caused by water infiltration at the sill’s weakest points.

Universal Compatibility: Designed to work perfectly with Vycor® Sill Pan rolls and most standard window/door sizes.

Easy Installation: Simply place, nail, and integrate with your house wrap and flashing system.

Installation at a Glance

Place: Set the left and right corners into the bottom of the rough opening.

Fasten: Use small roofing nails or staples to secure the vertical flanges.

Bridge: Measure and cut a piece of Vycor® Sill Pan flashing to fit between the corners, overlapping them by at least 2 inches.

Seal: Use a roller to ensure a tight, permanent bond.

Pro Tip: Always ensure your house wrap is properly integrated (tucked behind the sill pan) to maintain a continuous drainage plane.
