Complete your flooring project with the professional finish of the MSI Brookline Quarter Round. Specifically designed to coordinate with the Everlife Cyrus and XL Cyrus Brookline Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) collections, this molding provides a seamless transition between your new floors and vertical surfaces.
Product Overview
The Brookline Quarter Round is more than just a decorative trim; it is a functional necessity for any floating floor installation. It is used to cover the essential expansion gap between the flooring and walls, baseboards, or cabinetry, ensuring a polished, "gap-free" look while allowing the floor to move naturally with temperature changes.
Key Features
Perfect Color Match: Digitally coordinated to mimic the "Brookline" aesthetic—featuring creamy neutral beige tones, soft knots, and subtle brown graining for an authentic wood look.
Waterproof Construction: Built with a durable PVC/Vinyl core, making it 100% waterproof and ideal for moisture-prone areas like kitchens, bathrooms, and basements.
CrystaLux™ Protection: Just like the matching planks, the trim is designed to be scratch and stain-resistant, standing up to high-traffic residential and light commercial use.
Versatile Installation: Can be installed over various surfaces (tile, wood, concrete) using professional-grade molding adhesive or finish nails.

Installation Tips
Measure Twice: We recommend purchasing an additional 10% of material to account for miter cuts and waste.
Acclimation: While the rigid core molding itself doesn't require long acclimation, ensure it is installed in a temperature-controlled indoor environment.
Placement: Always nail or glue the quarter round to the wall or baseboard, never to the flooring itself, to allow the floor to expand and contract.
